I wrote this for a contest a new twist on something old

book of poems This year in Febuary I would out my mother had a stage 4 brain cancer.

My mother has stage 4 brain tumor and she and I are in Saint Francis Hopsital and have been since the 27 of Feb.

it's Fire's fault her poem made me think of this

a little morning bologna, while Mother and I wait on her radiation

trying to let go

a heavy heart

it wont be long now her kidneys are shuting down

broken heart

A hopeful reflection
