A poem to motivate me to lose weight

Alhamdulilah my mother is still with me. I wrote this just at the thought of losing her

I wrote this for a dear friend of mine for her birthday :)

Sometimes the world spins, but I don't

Just some thoughts of a fella with bipolar disorder

A lil something on my bipolar depression

Too me 4 months to get a smile out of him, who would of known how strong it's was

I was many people, took me a while to realize I was my favorite one
