Haiku

My first attempt at Haiku

....Beguiling and soft though you seem....

Our broken hearts so fragile. "Wipe gently the fragile glass..."

The format fell apart the first time so I will try it again for the third time. I hope you will read it.

This was written for a contest which required the words sorrow, solace, twilight, silence, abhorrence, tear, and chasm.

4th of July at home used to mean get ready to call 911....
