A poem about someone dealing with a mentally ill partner

Just something I jotted down really quickly. I sew as well as write and my the two always compete for brain time and focus.

Written during a very lonely time in my life. Having left the city to live for years out in the woods

German and English. The poem s somewhat simple as I was practicing my German translation skills.

In a very dark, lonely, and overworked period in my life, I wrote this one night while on break from 3rd shift in a factory job.
