We lose so much in life. It may seem unbearable but it is all apart of God's plan even when we don't understand it.

I wrote this poem for those of us who have lost someone. Its hard but time heals and memories soothe the hurting heart.

Some look at innocence as a bad thing. We seek to expose the innocent to pain because we go through pain. That should never be the goal.

Be worth more then a booty call, life is not a game. Love is out there if you seek it.

I lost some people I knew in the Colorado Movie Theater shooting. I wrote this in tribute. It was never posted on WritersCafe

The lessons of his life still endure today. If you do not know the story of Emmet Till I admonish you to learn it!

A friend of mine was wondering why no one read his poems. He said now he just writes to belong with other writer. Not sure what that means.
