[no subject]18 Years Agosecrets? none lol. i eat what i want though i do try and control my moderation. i am aiming for self exceptance and loving myself for who i am. hey, i love my curves! ::biggrin:: but one of the things i felt help (since regular excerise is boring for me) i belly dance! it's so much fun and works out just about every muscle in the body. i've been dancing for about 2 years now and i definately have seen changes. i don't weigh myself cause i try to stay away from scales but i feel good and healthy and have fun at the same time. that's what matters! ::smile::

Todays body beautiful is thin with large b***s, most likely man made lol MMonroe was a beautifully shaped female and a lovley woman .. the tousled just got out of bed hair.. the pouty lips and just all in all sexy.. My friends who try to lose wieght say cutting out sodas with sugar, fast food and friend food.. me , i dont know.. so many diets and diet aids.. |

[no subject]18 Years Agothat's easy... well, it's hard, though.. lol...but the answer is easy... I lost 60 lbs b/c I stopped eating after 7 pm, and exercised for at least 30 minutes a day... you can powerwalk, do crunches, whatever, but you gotta get the calories to burning... lol...as for before 7 pm, I stopped drinking soda and switched from whole to 2% milk... I stopped eating fried foods and hamburgers... I ate more vegetables, esp. if I get cravings after 7, then I would chew on a carrot, or some dry cheerios... but in took about 6 months or so, but that was about a year or so ago... now, I still cut the same stuff out of my diet, but I eat at any time of day though, and maintain my weight, because my metabolism changed... and I feel better

[no subject]18 Years AgoI lost about 3olbs over a year's time. I did the Tony Little "Gazelle", walked to the beats of a killer cd, hip hop dance, cut sweets, starches, and sodas from my diet. I increased my rpotein and veggies. Being a vegatarian and all, that was hard. So I eat alot of tofu, nuts, beans, eggs, and seafood. I also increased the amount of sex with my boyfriend...yeah girls, it works. LOL. I drink water mostly and diet green teas by Lipton. I slice limes and lemons in my pitcher of cold water. Cold water burns more calories. Eating potassium filled foods help you relieve your body of waste...excess water and weight. Drink a full glass of water before you eat. You will fill full before you are half way done. Smaller plate sizes...fool your mind into thinking you have alot on your plate. Eat slowly. Treat yourself each month for being good. I went out and got smaller sized clothes and ditched what I could fit in order to have something to wear or be naked all the damn time. I also do the Winsor Pilates Circle workout...ladies, it is a must have!!! I still have ten pounds to go. BE AWARE that as you lose fat and gain muscle, your weight will seem almost the same. That is normal. Just keep working out and you will slim down without a drastic change in numbers.

used to be thin a size 5 loose with...a big butt & big thighs. But I love my curves.....as you can see the butt and thighs are the same either way at a size 5 or 12 ...soooo I don't kill myself.... Did the Atkins...low-carb/no-carb....weightwatchers....the gym ...all that rot. I walk 45 min a day 5 days a week .....i workout to different videos etc when I have time... But I LOVE FOOD ...and I cannot lie.... goes straight ..to my butt& my thighs !!! ~ LOL Blesssssssssssss |

[no subject]18 Years AgoI LOVE food too!!! And got a big butt and thighs. I'm a size 8 now. I'm trying to get down to a six for a wedding on two and half weeks. I can do it...I was a 13!!!! I'm in the home strech now. And after the wedding I will eat again and go back to being a size 8....that is all I got in my closets now. ::biggrin::
