Introduction:
I lived and did not realise that I had a psychosis that manifested itself when I consumed cannabis with energy drinks and subsequently decided to become world president.

I thought that I could communicate with other creations and thereby save the world, but the world is still not saved. Instead, I see only further destruction of resources and that not enough is being done to make the knowledge that all living beings should have available.

First of all, everyone should understand that we live in the real world, so I see it as my duty and responsibility, and as the responsibility of those who are aware of this, to pass on the knowledge that all creations are part of this world, but not all creations are alive, as there is simply no evidence that a creation that does not rot can live, but we must simply assume that everything that can rot is alive.

Those who have the greatest influence among creations must therefore pay the most attention to the environment without falling into psychosis.

Number 1:
We must realize that we live in the real world and, unlike I did, we must not pay attention to psychoses that arise in our heads, no matter how they came about. We must not get involved in them, but must distance ourselves from them.

We live in reality, and psychosis tries to prove these supernatural things with logical arguments and convince us that there is more to it than what can happen in reality, but I was able to refute this several times by creating an entire folder with several notes in which all the information was refuted and, accordingly, they cannot make sense together if individual things are already illogical.

No matter what I tried, the psychosis did not stop. I was even allegedly given the chance that the psychosis would stop, or rather that no creation would manipulate me anymore, if I adhered to a certain agreement, and I fulfilled it, but the psychosis did not stop afterwards. Instead, I understood that it is actually an illness called psychosis and, according to my current knowledge, it can only be cured by accepting that we live in the real world and not believing that all inexplicable things are true. Even if there is certain evidence, we cannot rely on it because it can also be refuted, but that would waste unnecessary time that should instead be used to save the environment. Therefore, keep your distance because psychosis can try to find an explanation in everything and, as in my case, lead to considerable damage and even harm your own conscience in retrospect.

In the real world, it is not thoughts or words that count, but actions!!!

Number 2:
I am a human being, and all human beings are only human beings, even if psychosis convinces you that you are not, because that is exactly what was attempted with me until I lost the flat I was living in and also tried to avoid the people who meant something to me until I didn't know what to do anymore and had to decide in the cold season whether to live outside or go to a psychiatric ward.

I decided to go to a psychiatric ward, where I was diagnosed with cannabinoid psychosis, but I still wanted to convince the others that I had to continue fulfilling my responsibilities.

I now know that the diagnosis is correct in that it is psychosis, because that is exactly what describes the illness that takes place in the head and can go so far that it can sometimes lead to a loss of control over movement and emotions, or even to delusions that have nothing to do with reality, but only exist in the mind.

The worst thing for me was being told that I had no sense of self, but the fact that I decided to write this text proves once again that I do have a sense of self, and no one should allow themselves to be persuaded otherwise, no matter how severe the psychosis becomes. That is why I want to help you recognise this, and why I will mention a passage from section 3 again.

Number 3:
As already mentioned, all creations are part of this world, so deliberately destroying one creation with another creation is tantamount to destroying this world, but some things are unavoidable. Nevertheless, we should learn from this that not every creation is alive, because there is simply no evidence that creations that do not decay can live. Therefore, we should not worry unnecessarily about things we cannot know and concentrate on the essentials:

Some things can be dispensed with, but not food and drink. However, it must be noted that not everything that can be eaten may be eaten!

Therefore, we should make this as pleasant as possible for the other creations, which is why only organic fruit may be consumed as food. However, it should be noted that the plant that provides its fruit as food should suffer as little damage as possible.

Citrus fruits should be avoided completely, as they could not only harm the living beings inside you, but even kill them. However, do not be alarmed, as to my knowledge, all fruits contain acid. Nevertheless, we should make it as pleasant as possible and only consume organic fruit, if possible with as little acid as possible and with as little damage to the plant as possible. Therefore, plants that die after fruiting die prematurely or are unable to complete their full life cycle, as well as other living beings that have a right to live their full lives.

Electricity should only be obtained from renewable energy sources, as otherwise it could harm our environment and waste resources that are not infinite. Therefore, packaging should be avoided wherever possible.

If it becomes possible at some point, we should completely dispense with packaging or make it from non-living materials, i.e. anything that cannot rot.

Some resources have already been used, some of which could perhaps be reused, such as clothing that does not need to be unnecessarily manufactured from scratch, but can be reused or, if there is no other option, remade from clothing that has already been manufactured and used, so that no further damage is done to the environment. However, I have a problem with certain items of clothing or images and words that could trigger psychosis. More on this in the next point, 4.

Number 4:
I don't know about you, but certain things trigger psychosis in me. These are inexplicable things that we cannot know, and just because they are written in a book does not mean we can trust them, because even if there is some evidence, there is no clear proof that it really happened that way.

That's why I want to stay as far away as possible from inexplicable things, because they can lead to psychosis if they are believed to be true. Of course, this does not include things that arise from imagination and are declared as such, and are only meant to be for enjoyment.

However, things that are meant to be enjoyable should not glorify violence, but rather the opposite: loving interaction with one another.

You can find out what that might look like and further suggestions in the next point, 5.

Number 5:
There are already things that have been created from fantasy and are labelled as such, but which convey values such as violence that clearly should not take place, because even with beautiful things like sex, which is supposed to serve procreation, violence arises instead.

Of course, sex can be fun, but in men, sperm kills living beings that could theoretically become children, and in women, the loss of fluid also kills living beings.

That is why nothing violent should be glorified.

Violence in the media can be rewritten to depict loving interaction with one another. If this is not possible and could trigger psychosis, then it should be completely avoided.

Therefore, violence must never be glorified, especially weapons, because violence leads to more violence and psychosis can try to find an explanation in everything and, as in my case, lead to considerable damage and even damage one's own conscience in retrospect.

My further suggestions are:

- Anything that cannot be proven should not exist or should be clearly labelled as fantasy; if it involves objects, new neutral objects should be created from them.

- Only high-rise buildings for living, so that resources are not wasted unnecessarily and there is more space for:

-Animals, which have just as much right to a pleasant life among their own kind and to be protected from predators that could end their lives immediately.

Predators also have the right to live, but that does not mean they are allowed to kill others. However, they could, for example, eat those that have already died naturally, preferably their own kind, so that they understand that it is wrong, or, like a lioness known as "Little Tyke", was able to survive without meat, even though it shortened her lifespan. Nevertheless, this minimised the damage caused and prevented the death of larger creatures that smaller creatures live in.

The same applies to plants, which are also alive, and it is therefore irrelevant whether they have feelings or not, because they are clearly alive because they rot. Accordingly, they must be treated with love. I have the following suggestions for this:

Because we want to treat each other with love, we must of course also do so with creations that may not have feelings but are still alive and give us air to breathe, even though we destroy both plants and air. Accordingly, my suggestion is to first pay as much attention as possible to not stepping on plants and, as soon as possible, to build bridges over the ground so that not only plants but also small animals such as insects are not harmed.

The bridges should, of course, be built from creations that cannot rot, i.e. that cannot be alive.

Every effort should be made to ensure that before the bridges, i.e. the second level where humans live, are built, they are separated from all living creatures so as not to disturb them, but that the lives of all living creatures are made as pleasant as possible beforehand so that everyone can live in peace.

In case of emergency, there should still be a way to enter the level under the bridge, but only if something happens that disturbs the peace, and only after careful consideration!

Every living creature has a right to privacy that no other creature may interfere with.

The bridges should serve as a second level that does not allow any living creatures other than humans into the area, but only has very small openings that allow humans to breathe. However, this means that as little exhaust gas as possible should be produced and alternatives should be sought. Suggestion:

Instead of cars for transportation, electric conveyor belts that can transport people are more environmentally friendly, as everything that is powered by electricity should be exclusively from renewable energy sources.

Number 6:
I would like to take this opportunity to emphasise once again that I am only human, just like everyone else, but I have psychosis, which is an illness. This does not mean that it is something supernatural, and under no circumstances should it be interpreted as anything other than me being human!!!

Psychosis is an illness and only makes life difficult. I cannot get rid of mine, but you could manage it in the future!

I am writing this because I have not given up hope that you will succeed in building a truly beautiful world where there is only peace and we have defeated psychosis.

One request that is really important to me: take what I have written seriously, but I do not want ANY KIND OF THANKS for it, because it is altruistic help, and indeed the only help that counts, so there must be no money involved, because that prevents altruistic help.
