So, what's been going on here?  It's been a nice quiet week for change.  The girls are all well, and hubbie and I are getting along great.  My nephew is feeling better since he got out of hospital, so all is good really. 

My book, My Side has been edited for me, and is now all set to be published, which I am really excited about, thanx to Jaded Silence Press on here.  Never thought I could ever say I was a published writer.  Mind you, I never really said I was writer anyway, I just said I write, but hey, now I AM a writer, how cool is that?  Hehehe.  Even hubbie is suitably impressed.  Not that anyone in my family will ever know.  It's not something I would want them to read since they would hate me forever for telling all the dirty, dark secrets of my family life.  But if I only sell one book, then that will be an accomplicment enough for me, you know what I mean?  Just to be able to say I wrote a book that someone liked enough to buy.  That seems amazing to me.  Anyway I have been slowly putting up the edited chapters on here to replace the chapters that are already on here so everyone can see it at it's best.  I'm only up to chapter 3 at the mo, but I'll get them all up by next week, I hope anyway.

I finally got my muse back, and wrote a few pieces this week, so that's been good too.  Plus I just gave out my 1000th review too.

  I was also surprised by how many replies I got to my mail about my friends list that I sent out, and only had to delete about 5 friends or so, which was great cause I thought I might have to do more.  Maybe I just don't give myself enough credit you know?  I didn't think I was that much of a likeable person before, since I personally, don't like myself I thought others wouldn't like me either.  But it seems that isn't the case here.  I have found a whole community of friends from all over, and they like me.  So how great is that?  LOL.

So right now, I am happy with life.  Jeez, it isn't often I have been able to say that.  Ah well, rambled on enough for one week.  Bye for now folks.  XX

Glad your nephew is doing better :-) Does this Jaded do print books, or e-books? Just curious. I like to learn the publishers around haha - this way when Family Secrets gets done I can publish it somewhere else since I have to wait six months after my first one comes out to publish something else with PA.

I'm so glad you didn't have to delete too many of your friends :-) You're a likeable person - fair and kind. Don't know why anyone would dislike you.

I will most definitely check it out! Might could be that I'll do my poetry book with them rather than traditional...still seeking out you know?
