I hate to do this but it appears necessary.

This is the place to voice concerns about anyone that acts inappropriately.
This IS NOT a place to vent your spleen but is to protect the members from anyone who crosses the line.

Personal attacks on members, sexual harassment, verbal abuse and the like may well get you bumped from the group.  (I have a simple  code of conduct. One warning only will be given.)

Keep in mind that there are a number of minors who are members here so keep your comments clean.
