I have a piece that I would like to try and get published. I have been encouraged, by my English Professor to attempt to get a piece of mine published, because she feels it is worthy of such an honor, for the reasons that she says,  “It is a very insightful, and honest look into the life of a self-treating individual struggling to deal with bipolar.” She explained to me that my piece could possibly help others to seek treatment for their untreated bipolar disorder. I do not know if it will live up to the hype that my Professor gave it , but if it will help others work through their problems then I am all for it. The piece is called “The Psychotic Mind Set of a Self Treating Manic Depressant,” a Memoir.  I have it posted on my personal page as well as on this group’s sight. I am new here, and would truly appreciate any advice.
