The Writers' Coffeehouse Forum Can't add writing!

Hello all, I joined this website to share some poetry I work on yet for some reason I am unable to add any writing. When I click on the link, I'm taking to a page with a drop box. I select poetry and nothing changes. I've contact support at least 4 times and they haven't responded. Is there anyone who can help me?
