The fallen Forum Good to help

i want to know what you do to help people everyday. its allways good to make people feel better ^_^

I reach out to people (via the Net), who are struggling, depressed or just plain sad.  If I see someone at my church or elsewhere who is off by themself, withdrawing, I try to let them know they are not alone. Doing this helps me focus outward, because once the focus turns inward, I get into trouble.   Better to be serving than served- to act than be acted upon. You don't have to have special training to be charitable- just willing to reach out. It's risky, but it's bravery that saves.   Thanks for asking about this.

if anyone needs help with a task im ready to leand a hand n do what i can. n if i see someone upset i go over n talk to them or give advice, even if i dont know how to help im there to listen or if they dont want to talk about it i just sit with them so they arnt alone

I reach out to people who are hurting, usually over the internet because I'm not really good at comforting in real life.
