Underground Writers Network Forum Visual Poetry?

At the Cafe, we usually accompany our words with a picture that we feel represents what we are trying to convey, and that picture becomes a symbol for us of that poem.

Can we create poetry with images? They say that sometimes a picture says more than a thousand words, yet, how would you go about creating a poem or story with images? Do you think you would be able to convey the same emotions?
