Want Some Reviews? Forum I'm new. How does this work?

I joined this site in an attempt to maybe get more traffic to my blog.. after thinking about it.. not sure if it matters anymore.. what am I supposed to do here? on this website?

I'm pretty new myself and still trying to find my way here.  As far as I can tell, you're supposed to upload your writing and have people review it while you review the work of others.  Unfortunately, a lot of people just want reviews without having to give reviews.
