Well, after a furious month of typing and moving a story along day by day, I finally finished my novel one day short of the deadline day today!  I reached 52,655 words in my first draft of Denver-under-Dome, a science-fiction novel I've had lots of fun writing.  I did this last year and managed to write 61,000 words of Carmelu the Sicilian, which I still need to edit and promote.  

I love challenges!
