It's been really hard for me to go to sleep at a reasonable time lately...

tried not to cry while writing this...(personal)

This is a really cool type of traditional poetry. The structure here isn't exactly traditional but generally it's still a Villanelle.

I actually tried making this salad before, the dressing that normally goes with it and everything. It's a French dish.

It's a metaphor! I wanted to take the definition and warp it so that it didn't mean what it was supposed to mean; it meant something else completely.
