Toledo, OH - ToledoCPAs.com, a trusted accounting and advisory firm serving Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan for more than three decades, is proud to announce a new chapter of leadership. Nathaniel “Nathan” Baird, CPA, has officially stepped into a leadership role at ToledoCPAs, continuing the legacy established by his father, Tom Baird, CPA.

Since being founded in 1990, ToledoCPAs has earned a strong reputation for professionalism, attentiveness, and high-quality service. With Tom’s leadership, the firm has blossomed into one of the area's top CPA practices, celebrated for its personalized approach, innovative spirit, and deep connections within the local community.

Nathan, a lifelong Toledo native and graduate of St. John’s Jesuit High School and the University of Cincinnati, has been part of the firm for nearly a decade. After earning his bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship with a minor in Psychology, Nathan joined ToledoCPAs full-time while pursuing his CPA qualifying certificate at Owens Community College. He officially earned his CPA license in 2021 and has been serving clients with a focus on tax preparation, financial planning, and business advisory services.

“This firm has always been more than a job; it’s a part of my life,” said Nathan Baird, CPA. “I’ve watched it grow since I was young, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to continue building on what my father started.
