The Poet's Poem

This poem simply explains the power of a poet. I would love to become this powerful outside of my mind or wildest dreams lol

 I'm so inspired
My eyes are like fliers 
But I'm trying not to advertise
Now you may wonder why,
If it is so wonderful,
Well, close your eyes as i paint this picture for you...

The poet sung as the moon hung shy off
The string guitar was strung in the sight of mad love
The poet had a one way ticket to a planet, so near yet so far,
hung like a locket along the stars
And a super speed jet 40x a bullet to get them past the sunset and beyond
By now any man can fly a jet into the sunset, so enchanted, burning like a candle stem
But the poet's poem, as it was commonly known, was penned
So then it was said about him, "Long lives the poet who spoke it in his heart, but wrote it in his booklet."
