Rumors.

My first poem on writer's cafe!(:

Shushed voices

Changing expression

Crushed spirits

Broken hearts

 

Suspicious stares

Angry glares

Streaming tears

Wide smiles

 

So many emotions

Caused by such little words

Questions arise

People accused.

 

A terrible thing to hear,

A terrible thing to experience.

They leave cracks on the heart,

Gaping holes through the soul.

 

Easy to start.

Fast to spread.

Almost impossible to avoid.

Entirely effective.

 

Rumors...

Im sorry for any mistakes! Forgive me. I have not written in such a long time!!!!! This poem was sort of based on some experiences I have had in the past and now. Enjoy?
