Our Line

 

This line was us

laughter and understanding connecting two points

only moments away.

A line believed indestructable

was shaken by one point of hopelessness

that one point of belief couldn't save.

Any means from point A to point B

were possible

but it's two points that made that line

and now only one

stands alone

I challenge you to go back and edit this and put some more time into it. It was a good poem, well written and thought up, but putting more thought and time into it can make this an exceptional piece. You've got something good here, now expand on what you were thinking and really make people feel what you're writing.
