Trust me not

Life filled,

with many emotions.

We all destined,

to carry burdens.

Mine are heavy indeed,

yet not so heavy as others.

To lighten another's pain,

if only for a moment,

 is pleasant indeed.

Seeking enlightenment,

a dark and dirty task.

For at our lowest,

do we see the light above.

Trust,

kept so close.

For so easily broken,

let us weep together.

Unfold our sorrow as one,

then we may travel life with a lighter load.

Alone may we feel,

just think about all the others.

Stand together in the darkness,

so that we may feel hope.
