High and low

Oh here it comes now at a blinding speed

 There it passes in a blink of an eye

   Time sure does fly by and i still ask, Why

                                                                 

                                                               Why, does the world go round

                                                                    Why, can't you stop hurting me

                                                                      Why, forget about me so easily

                                                                        Why, can we not work this out

                                                                         Why, do i feel this pain in my chest

                                                           Why, does hurt consume me in a never ending vortex

                                                                                  Why, does love so easily become pain 

Time continues on and will not ever stop for you

  So as i fall and break some bones i know i am all alone

     The land is barren of life and hope sinks

        Numbness starts to crawl and devour

          Gut clenches in fear while loneliness bites and scratches

            Behind closed lids images of you flash through

              Of the good times and the bad times

                Though now at my lowest i see you are no where near

      So here i am gazing at the rising sun cursing your name since my own self loath is at an all time high

If I may say so I totally understand where you are coming from with this.
