Cycle

Cycle

A Poem by Kasey Miriam

Flowers
      Bloom
            Grow
  Die

The beautiful cycle of life
Fallows every wake of life
through each day
Greeting mornings with pleasent smiles
So the end may be met
as if it were an old friend

Thank you so much! I truly appreciate your kindness
Quiet memorable piece.. it reminds me `bout the old leaves of winds that "Bloom" and get "died" & after that.. "smiles" & get "hid" behind the darkness (lost into past). Very nice imagery! I`m glad to see you still writing. Keep it up!

Thank you very much! I will.
i really like the last line because that is what we can hope for...yes we all bloom, grow and die...

but can the end be met like an old friend...peaceful, comforting?

we can only hope.
