It used to be like this

More than forty years ago

But then came decades

Without words

I don't know what

Happened to them

Maybe they got lost

In marijuana and

LSD

Or maybe they were

Useless

Or too hard to say

Anyway

Now --

After all this time --

Here 

They 

Are.

Again.

David, I liked the way this poem worked itself out. 'Here They Are. Again.' It is so strange when the words won't come. I wrote so much in high school and then years went by with hardly a word. I like the word, 'useless' here. That just about sums it up for me. Angi~
