So I went, and they all started laughing."

Perhaps its my cynicism showing but I found this to be pretty funny. the power of suggestion is terrifying but this is told in a somewhat comedic way. Sorry if I am interpreting it wrong.

Great stuff. Group pressure can make you believe you are the one that's got it wrong. The danger of blindly accepting society's conventions.
