Against All Odds

the poem entitled ‘’Against All Odds’’ depicts the kind of love that transcends the social barriers and which does not give in to challenges.

I'll gently brush her flowing hair,

If she falters, I'll be there. 

Once I’ve held her hand, 

how can I let go? If needed, 

I'll give my life, this I know. 

Never have I judged her by caste or creed, 

So why should I corrupt her pure deed? 

Yes, I know she's already wed, 

But should I forget her for that, instead?

The poem rhymes and shared the distant feelings... maybe moving on from own feelings also a quite a challenge ... you captured such a fragrant feeling which we don't show or hide deep within...
