Detroit is the American city of cars and traffic and metro-industry. It's also where a blood-diamond baron named Jackal is hiding his terrorism-financing gems, in a major bank safe-box, creating new forms of underground criminality in the great US city!

Fortunately, an elite team of covert paramilitary agents known simply as GI Joes are assigned to keep track on the baron's traffic in Detroit while simultaneously monitoring emerging gangs of street-crime in Detroit. These GI Joes are undercover experts whose special mission is to contain/control homegrown terrorism.

GI JOE: We're going to firstly secure the Detroit-metro from any pervasive threats to city infrastructures!

GI JOE: No one wants a repeat-brand of urban chaos we saw in Los Angeles in 1992 and New York in 2001!

INTERPOL: Blood-diamond corruption today threatens the entire world diamond-exchange and terrorism-financing.

Meanwhile, minions of the evil crime-master Baron Jackal are ordered to sift through the Detroit city afternoon during the Coronavirus quarantine and prompt urban riots and detract away rumors that it's the baron's personal terrorism-financing that're creating this new brand of urban anarchy. This is advanced organized crime for Jackal and dark Detroit.

Jackal does indeed hide his terrorism-financing blood-diamond in a major Detroit bank safe-box, and it's up to the GI Joes on how to deal with this new age Al Capone lurking in Detroit and corrupting financial fortunes and urban sanity and bank securities.

Fortunately, a GI Joe agent named Storm-Shadow is assigned to rob the baron's blood-diamonds from his Detroit bank safe-box and assign Interpol-relations to investigate lateralized forms of new era urban/Detroit inquiries regarding financial highways unmonitored. Storm-Shadow infiltrates the Detroit bank using a toy water-rifle filled with acid and wearing a Scarecrow-cop costume designed to make him look like a media-organization specialist/messenger performing a strange Interpol-relations temporary diamond-swap for enhanced blood-diamond detections.

SCARECROW (Storm-Shadow): This media gem-swap is something Baron Jackal will be educated for and coordinate news.

JACKAL: The very last thing I want is to add hell-spice during this time of Detroit Coronavirus creativity/endurance!

GI JOE: Interpol's now working with Detroit-locals in an 'agency' designed to thwart North American blood-diamond flows.

Detroit news-stations are suddenly busy coordinating this capitalism-corruption tale with modern concepts regarding the mass-mobilization of criminal elements designed to make new era financial/political networking just plain hairy.

Storm-Shadow is not enjoying a down-time Detroit Lions football game in the city stadium and hoping his hometown favorite team will upset the Super Bowl champion New Orleans Saints and offer some medicinal entertainment for darkened Detroit!

STORM-SHADOW: If it's about two years before I have to think about blood-diamonds again...it's too soon!

The Detroit police are now scouring the dark city for signs of Baron Jackal's commissioned new street minions who seek to retaliate against this new form of national urban crime-magnification detection in the great US city.

GI JOE: We're sending a lone armed street-militia late-night specialist named Firefly who'll offer Detroit special diamonds.

Storm-Shadow is meanwhile busy enjoying his favorite comic book series, Thief of Thieves, and he hopes his single Interpol-relations Jackal-mission will yield much more media spotlight on the nature of capitalism-corruption in fair Detroit that give rise to darker forms of crime-dance imagination and wits.

GI JOE: With Firefly on the street-scene, Detroit will enjoy an enhanced sense of modern urban dilution.
