Quebec (Canada) is a place of great traffic and color and of course wintry snow, and it's where a handful of valiant modern cops seek to end the dominion of a ruthless baron named Ion.

The cops-in-training include Amlan, Marcus, and Raki, buddies from Dartmouth seeking to make a stamp on law-spirit.

They meet up with the lovely Quebec policewomen, some in training and some trained, and some start falling in love!

AMLAN: The cop cars make this job ultra-sweet.

MARCUS: I'm putting a nice revamped sound-system in mine.

RAKI: Nitro!

The Quebec police-force, a secret team assembled (including Amlan/Marcus/Raki) are contending with a dark Quebec crime unit employed by the Baron Ion. These masked rabbit-minions lurk in the forest and come out to rob banks wielding toy water-rifles filled with corrosive HCL acid!

The Quebec secret police-force is nicknamed CAD and Amlan/Marcus/Raki befriend a number of the men and beautiful women of this modern Canadian law unit to crackdown on the 'Rabbit-Demons' of Baron Ion as well as the baron himself who provides his criminals with these toy water-rifles for acid-heists of mostly diamonds and cash, thought to be routed to the underworld of narcotics distribution in North America!

The city is in awe when Baron Ion and his rabbit-minions create a city-wide riot in Quebec, confounding CAD.

NEWS: Where's that idealist team of superhero Quebec 'secret-police' the governor promises us in January?

Many of the CAD forces are actually working on the streets and chewing on candy-cigarettes hoping for leads on Baron Ion.

One such valiant CAD policewoman is Elsa, a pretty girl Marcus is dating and has a special distaste for Baron Ion.

AMLAN: We train like guerrillas from hell.

MARCUS: Baron Ion is a gorrilla!
RAKI: This is almost like a Canadian movie, friends.

CAD friends/cops (men/women) like to spend some off-time cheering on Canadian ice-hockey games and taking snapshots of the lovely ladies who cheer on these teams and remind us that North America ain't just about underworld crime-inspiring treasures and valuables.

BARON ION: I'd like to see which of these dorky 'CAD-cops' can subvert my financial empire in Quebec!

Baron Ion by the way lives in an immaculate Quebec mansion guarded by drooling Doberman dogs and armed with lasers.

AMLAN: Baron's holding bearer-bonds from like South America in the Quebec National (bank).

MARCUS: We infiltrate and perform a bank-robbery and frame apparent 'Rabbit-Demon' defectors!

RAKI: The Baron will fume.

The Quebec National is an impressive bank, and Amlan/Marcus perform the inside-job robbery of Baron's $20M bearer-bonds linked to South American cartels, while Raki and Elsa serve as police-uniformed getaway drivers outside (in their cop-car!).

This is one of the nicest banks built in North America, and it's no wonder that this CAD team is attempting a salvation here!

Amlan/Marcus present the bank manager their handheld quickly assembled plastic-guns which shoot actual bullets!

AMLAN: Relax, darling; we're undercover...of darkness.

MARCUS: Just fill the order-form for the replacement of Baron Ion's bearer-bonds.

NEWS: Insiders in Quebec National robbed Baron Ion's reputed narcotics-bonds and the suspects are Rabbit-Army defectors!

The media event has sparked serious curbs into the Baron's social prestige, prompting new levels of support for police.

AMLAN: We drink to the Baron.

MARCUS: That was almost fun.

RAKI: Here's to safer ice-hockey games.

ELSA: This is all a bit drunk and dazed...but democratic!

GOVERNOR: Law-enforcement today requires a creative form of imagination, and the heroes of CAD are 'cinema' dazzle.

Marcus and Elsa got married, and Amlan was the best man and Raki's girl was the bridesmaid, also a member of CAD. At the reception, while dancing, these new age continental heroes remarked, "The wine's in the drawer."
