The world was set in its ways and two prominent figures in modern media represented this modern world as diplomats, creating broad brushstrokes of capitalism, media, globalization, and diplomacy.

The first figure was Cornelius, an Ivy League (Dartmouth/CalTech) educated capitalism-analyst and infiltration-agent of blood-diamond terrorism-financing subversion through Interpol-relations. Cornelius was a real-life James Bond (intelligence-officer/espionage) figure, and he represented the very best of capitalism defense and pro-globalization rhetoric!

Cornelius won the first-ever 'Cyber-Pulitzer' prize for his short online vignette titled Becoming Anti-Terrorist Online.

The second figure was Caesar, a dashing philosopher and orator at Oxford who's working on a special device to rid the world the need of chemical weapons/warfare. Caesar is a romantic and ladies' man at Oxford and considered to be a great messenger of new age Utopian values!

CAESAR: What draws me into the poetry of the real world is the artistry behind modern politics storytelling/imagination!

Well, all was not well and laid in this modern 'real' world. The Security Council convened to discuss a new threat involving a super-terrorist group called Hydra which sought to disperse chemical spores throughout the civilized world which would devolve and mutate all humans into talking apes! The Security Council wondered what the role in modern media regarding panic-control would be regarding special figures/diplomats (i.e., Cornelius/Caesar).

CORNELIUS: The war of all hell speak has begun, my friend.

CAESAR: We're to become monkeys again...after all!

The Doomsday scenario came to pass, and most humans on Earth above-ground who survived the Chemical Holocaust of WWIII had mutated more or less into talking, intelligent apes. This new 'Planet of the Apes' was highlighted by a special spotlight on the very dynamics of animalistic philosophy and reinvented democratic pragmatism...and Cornelius/Caesar reigned supreme as the two opposing super-monarchs on this new 'island' called Earth.

CORNELIUS: We shall institute special plans for a complete investment in science entertainment (e.g., National Geographic)!

CAESAR: This is a New Earth, and the time's ripe for a complete overhaul of past pillars, including American television.

The stage was set for an iconic debate between Cornelius and Caesar at a designated science institution which'd survived the horrible Chemical Holocaust of WWIII. The judges would be mostly the survivor human-apes negotiating New Earth imaginations through enduring relics/infrastructure.

CORNELIUS: To err was human...we apes divine!
CAESAR: Science won't cure the ills of the dark imagination, Cornelius!
CORNELIUS: Perhaps that's half-true, but science is the language of survival.
CAESAR: What's special about science already corrupted by capitalism's memories?
CORNELIUS: We have to reinvent the highways of exchange in this New Earth, Caesar.
CAESAR: How's that accomplished without a reinvention of socialization rhetoric, Cornelius?
CORNELIUS: We must simply embrace the mistakes of the past as education!
CAESAR: Most of these 'errors' are signs of unbearable calamity, Cornelius.
CORNELIUS: Science will heal the dark scars of civilization deformity, Caesar.
CAESAR: How can we be so sure?
CORNELIUS: The evidence is in our shared views on calamity.
CAESAR: What about the role of individual thought in the evaluations of survival?
CORNELIUS: We have to be wary of the diagonals of capitalism's past ditches.
CAESAR: Maybe.

Was Cornelius right? Did endurance of organic life on Earth require an earnest magnification of the 'diagonals' of institutional ornaments (e.g., ESPN)? Was Caesar more persuasive? Did this 'New Earth' fashion a special arrow towards the undeniable instincts to cater to worldwide design?

Cornelius would go onto supervise and create a special line of Planet of the Apes sci-fi comic books for youngsters (teen ape-humans) on 'New Earth' to encourage more dialogue regarding organic revolution. Caesar, meanwhile, designed special polygamous communities among surviving human-apes to fashion more creative ideas about synthetic democracy.
