Connie/Carla: American LegalA Story by Abishai100Two hot female lawyers in the Chicago firm (Dorn&Dorn) treat a sympathy-politics endorsement case in America concerning a religious minority.
A legal thriller vignette inspired by nifty pro-civilization storylines from the comics line GI Joe (Marvel/IDW). Relevant today, right? Thanks for reading (signing off this time),

==== A prestigious law-firm in Chicago/USA was host to a special case regarding NORAID, a North American political-sympathy group offering sponsorships/charities to Irish Catholic relief initiatives in Belfast (Northern Ireland). ![]() The two main lawyers of the Chicago law-firm, Dorn & Dorn, were Connie and Carla, two Stanford law graduates who'd wanted the case for modern continental traffic implications regarding citizenry-engaged political voting/vouchers and media-driven political dialogue in this new era. Connie and Carla themselves were immersed in Windy City political aura and themselves always took the metro to work every morning together and sometimes went to bars together after work looking for potential male mates in Chicago! ![]() CONNIE: Maybe this case can change the way we look at Catholic-Protestant troubles. CARLA: Maybe we'll get great Dorn&Dorn media-attention for nifty journalism rights, too! ![]() The courthouse that would try this intriguing case in the Windy City would see Connie and Carla try opposite sides of the same case, since both parties were hiring Dorn & Dorn to represent them! Connie would represent the liberal faction, NORAID itself, hoping for more media space for Irish Catholic sympathy-politics in mainstream journalism. The opposing party, represented by Carla of Dorn & Dorn, would voice the socio-legal concerns of the Christian Coalition wary of American endorsements of sociopolitical groups in Europe controversially tied to news-stories about modern anti-government terrorism (i.e., IRA). ![]() CONNIE: Let's reference some patriotism-comics for our shared case, sweetheart. CARLA: There're some precedents in using broadcasting as platforms for free-speech! ![]() The two smart Dorn & Dorn lawyers decided to reference/cite GI Joe (Marvel/IDW) comics in their case about Irish Catholic sympathy-politics in North America, a special issue about snow-mountain espionage linked to the Winter Games in Austria. In their case shared, Connie would voice the opinion that news-stories about Olympics-terrorism never sullied media spotlights on the nature/tone of democratic reasoning even in entertainment. Carla would argue that sifting through layers of terrorism/anti-terrorism storytelling in media/entertainment ironically revealed a social duty to confine/limit the quality of sympathy-politics! ![]() British Parliament now struggles with the challenge of streamlining legal/nonviolent Sinn Fein voice for the Irish Catholic minority in Belfast (Northern Ireland) with the street-terrorism still conducted/coordinated by newly-recruited agents/soldiers of the Irish Republican Army (Provisional, Real, New, etc.). ![]() CONNIE: This case regarding sympathy for Catholics in Belfast is a story about employment/capitalism dilemmas. CARLA: We must not streamline this sympathy-endorsement limitations case in America to a basic capitalism diagram! ![]() After their case was done, the two girlfriends of Dorn & Dorn decided to go out into the park and throw water-balloons at each other, simply to forget about all the hellfire linked to modern sympathy-politics endorsements in North America and ties to controversial problems in the globalized media landscape such as terrorism-financing (e.g., blood-diamonds). ![]() CONNIE: Let's watch A View to a Kill together tonight, with some Absolut. CARLA: Oh, the Bond-villain in that one (Max Zorin) is tres-modern for politics thrillers, sweets. ![]() "Only in America will you see two girlfriend-lawyers of the same firm try opposite sides of a landmark media-finance case involving democracy-politics and free-speech of such weight but never straining the friendship/customs between the two opposing lawyers working the dream-case" (Dorn & Dorn). ![]() “How can you have a war on terrorism when war itself is terrorism?” (Howard Zinn). ==== "Money is everything" (Ecclesiastes) © 2021 Abishai100 |
