Green Lantern (Amlan Satan) is a blood-diamond infiltration-agent in Northern Ireland intercepting terrorism-financing gems confounding modern relations between Real IRA and newly-recruited Foreign IRA struggling to keep control Catholic-Protestant talks despite the problem of defecting/rogue terrorists seeking blood-diamond money!

Storm-Shadow is considered one of the finest 'dollar' recruits of the Foreign IRA.
