Batman engages in the '3rd-Phase' of his awesome crime-fighting crusade against criminally-insane terrorism, finding him now in British Columbia.

Vancouver (British Columbia) is where we find Amlan Satan, socialite-businessman/activist, who's also the secret masked vigilante Batman. Batman's been working on his crime-fighting crusade for some time now, and he's got an ally in Robin/Nightwing. This is really the '3rd Phase' in Batman's overall 'crusade' against dangerous modern civilization criminal-insanity, terrorism, and organized crime. British Columbia (Vancouver) is the location of this new phase of the dark knight's mission in the modern world.

Batman (Amlan Satan) lives in a very nice mansion in British Columbia and is cared for by his trusted lifetime butler Alfred Pennyworth, who ironically, is now engaged in an online courtship with a beautiful older-aged maid from London named Estella. Batman is now minding Alfred's newfound peaceful private life in his mansion while he's plotting to deal with this new 'phase' of super-villains in British Columbia. To this end, Batman has revamped and enhanced his night-time prowling/trolling weaponized 'car' called the bat-mobile.

BATMAN (Amlan Satan): I'm still the ultimate 'nerdist' of capitalism-defense, and British Columbia marks this new phase.

VANCOUVER MAYOR: We're ambitiously developing a grand new power-plant in British Columbia with clean-coal tech!

This grand new vision of an energy-friendly ambitious British Columbia is however challenged by the wiliness of a new criminally-insane super-terrorist named Ra's who intends to turn Vancouver into his own private anarchy-experiment, utilizing media and explosives to turn the fair North American city into a 'haven' for maniacs who want to feed the global macro-monster of capitalism greed. Ra's has a vision of an implosive human imagination.

BATMAN: The only way to undermine Ra's is to use the modern computing grid to create adequate social response speeds.

Batman began using the media/Internet to circulate images and advertisements about progressive new ideas regarding the democratic management of new era politically-charged groups such as the Foreign Irish Republican Army (F-IRA), to disseminate the notion through the macro-Net that socialized ideas about engaged pluralism politics is the only way to organize human groups to counter Ra's devious plan to undermine basic human dance.

INTERPOL: Blood-diamond corruption today threatens the entire world diamond-exchange and terrorism-financing!

Meanwhile, Robin/Nightwing, Batman's secret ally, was busy in North America and Europe documenting (for the press!) photojournalism images of the urban explosive impact of rogue terrorism created by blood-diamond smuggling/financing stemming from modern Africa.

BATMAN: To protect institutions and towers such as the Vatican, we must advocate an earnest focus on the diadems of man.

RA'S: I won't let this idealistic fool (Batman!) destroy my ultimate vision of a night-Vancouver gone anarchy to my vision.

Ra's 'inspired' a host of new gangs in British Columbia to parallel his vision of madness, and one of these wrong-doers was the evil Penguin and his 'Red Triangle Gang' who wanted narcotics to be the new face of North American finance to complement narcotics-politics in financially-challenged South America!

ROBIN/NIGHTWING: If we could use these toy water-rifles filled with acid to steal blood-diamonds from evil barons, using theatrics and media-tricks to pose as photojournalist-thespians, we might destabilize their modern media 'mystique' regarding capitalism infiltration, to deconstruct them as criminal moles!

BATMAN: Robin, we have a new villainess on our hands in Vancouver, an eco-terrorist with painted skin named Poison Ivy!

POISON IVY: I shall use chemical toxins to melt down the new energy-plant in British Columbia, folks.

Poison Ivy employed a masked army of madmen who wielded flamethrowers to burn cop-cars and fire-trucks in Vancouver. Was this the Great Tribulation?

ROBIN/NIGHTWING: We'll distribute flyers with printed paint-copies of Coronavirus-endurance paintings in British Columbia.

VANCOUVER TOYS: We're happy to announce Satan Industries (Wayne Industries) endorsing our crime-fighting video-game.

RA'S: If this idealist (Batman!) uses special devices, I shall spread the slander that such toys are also weapons of hell.

BATMAN: I'll recruit special media-figures to help me engage a Planet Hollywood media-initiative to promote capitalism.

Thus this '3rd Phase' of Batman's crusade against crime ensues, and Robin/Nightwing is his valued ally/friend. Who will triumph in this war of heaven --- Batman or criminally-insane nemeses like the beautiful and dangerous eco-terrorist Poison Ivy?
