==== Belfast was troubled by 'normal' rogue-terrorism related crime-news in the media, but now a new problem arose, requiring a trio of awesome detectives to work a really dark case in modern UK. ![]() The first detective is an Irish-American woman named Eva who's a big fan of Hardy Boys detective-novels and is intrigued by this new Belfast crime-case about a diabolical English crimelord named Ruffian who's imprisoned a princess and kept her in a dungeon, daring police/detectives to find her location. Eva believes Ruffian is testing Belfast's sense of honor and courage and actually has no intention to harm the kidnapped princess. Eva is resolute. ![]() The second detective is a Scotland Yard man named James who likes this case for its special spotlight on the odd chance that the princess will remain unharmed. He thinks that Ruffian wants to kill the kidnapped princess but not before he allows police/detectives to attempt the miraculous rescue, which has drawn James into this strange crime-case in Belfast. ![]() The third detective is a young female orphan named Hanna who works alongside Eva and James on various crime-stories in Belfast and is eager to try to rescue this desperate princess from the ruthless hands of the underworld crimelord Ruffian. Hanna is a real Penny Brain and can detect various kinds of evil and is certain there's a labyrinth that can lead detection to the rescue of the princess, which makes Hanna all the more excited. ![]() EVA: Let's not worry about street-terrorism in Belfast for now. JAMES: Yeah; this princess-story should help us 'transcend' terrorism-horrors. HANNA: Besides, I doubt the rogue terrorists or Brit-thugs retaliatory are linked to the kidnapping. ![]() The three detectives find a special pocket-knife along their trek and it's lying on the side of the road. What's peculiar about this switchblade is that it's embossed in pure gold, and it leads Eva/James/Hanna to think the crimelord Ruffian dropped it intentionally on the side of the road to draw the right kind of ambitious detectives on the trail of the kidnapped princess's location. ![]() RUFFIAN: I have no claim that the anonymous 'dare-letter' regarding the tracking of the kidnapped princess is linked to me! ![]() The kidnapped princess is the cousin of a famous Irish-American fashion-model who happens to be living in Belfast (Northern Ireland). Her name's Shelbye and she's no clue why her sister-princess Natasha would be kidnapped by a ruthless crimelord but that's the case. The detectives (Eva/James/Hanna) decide to interrogate her and discover that Shelbye was working on a fashion-project involving a shoot in a special castle said to be haunted by the ghost of a famous thief who tried to steal the Crown Jewels from England. ![]() The detectives have put the pieces of the deranged puzzle in Belfast together. The crimelord Ruffian wants to lure them to the haunted castle where the princess Natasha's cousin Shelbye's going to once shoot a fashion-feature, since the castle's haunted by the ghost of a Crown Jewels thief. The detectives head to the castle and take with them flare-guns and darts and make their way through what's obviously a basement labyrinth and find Natasha in a strange helmet-mask device and must be pried open and then a chain must be cut (using a flare-gun!). The detectives get the princess out of the castle in time! ![]() The detectives leave in the castle a pencil-sketch drawing of a ripe apple that Hanna made for Ruffian to find and for them to declare that they did indeed rescue the kidnapped princess Natasha from the castle near Belfast. Ruffian does indeed find the apple-drawing made by Hanna and decides to correspond with the detectives in a series of anonymous letters in the Belfast Bugle. ![]() RUFFIAN: What's the value of the apple-drawing, detectives? DETECTIVES: We knew you're luring us to a challenge about thief-hauntings. RUFFIAN: Correct; but did you deduce my rationale, detectives? DETECTIVES: You wanted us to think Natasha is a 'w***e' of Babylon! RUFFIAN: Correct; but what does this have to do with the Crown Jewels? DETECTIVES: You want us to be paranoid about the face of Irish fantasy. ![]() EVA: What was Ruffian's message? JAMES: That crime-detection is dark...and challenging. HANNA: Well, we've certainly shown it's somewhat destined. ==== "Money is everything" (Ecclesiastes) © 2021 Abishai100 |
