Omagh is a nice place. It's comprised of a dominant Irish Catholic population in Northern Ireland which is otherwise comprised mass of a British Protestant majority. There's many places in Northern Ireland, including Belfast, and all the places/counties in total amount to a British Protestant majority population, descended from generations from colonial settlers, which is why Northern Ireland remains part of the United Kingdom (England), while Ireland (capital: Dublin) obtained independence as a free Republic in the early 20th Century because of its Catholic majority population. Omagh (Northern Ireland) is a nice place and it's one of the few places in Northern Ireland inhabited by an Irish-Catholic majority population!

Lady Jaye is a famous American paramilitary 'superheroine' who's been assigned to Omagh (Northern Ireland) where a special commission is being placed for unique blood-diamond terrorism-financing infiltration which is destroying 'standard' Catholic-Protestant negotiations and reforms regarding IRA diplomacy and Sinn Fein and British Parliament. Lady Jaye is sent to Omagh (Northern Ireland)< where an Irish-Catholic majority represents a small pocket of negotiation strength on the part of IRA (Irish Republican Army) diplomacy and Sinn Fein talks with Parliament (UK). Lady Jaye is an American paramilitary 'superheroine' with special skills regarding the security-zones for very sensitive negotiation zones.

Lady Jaye was born in Dublin (Ireland) and is dating the GI Joe paramilitary field-specialist Flint who's worried she's going alone on this Omagh security mission and yet trusts her to do her excellent GI Joe work in Northern Ireland (UK). Shelbye knows some modern agents of the new world organization known as the 'Foreign Irish Republican Army' (F-IRA).

As Lady Jaye works for the GI Joes in Northern Ireland (Omagh) for these Catholic-Protestant initiatives for socioeconomic reforms for the United Kingdom the Catholic American President (Bill Clinton) wonders if all this modern news about inter-religious professional diplomacy will really dilute the 'heat' created by Israel-Palestine. Is this all a cartoon?
