Storm-Shadow returns for yet another FIRA-entangled drama, this time in Chicago, involving Ali's brother Amad, for terrorism-detention.

Well, Amlan Satan ('Storm-Shadow') was something of a 'social celebrity' after his Nakatomi-skyscraper heroics in Los Angeles, and he's still in North America re-presenting work with the 'Foreign Irish Republican Army' (F-IRA) regarding cleaning up blood-diamond traffic from Africa/Europe corrupting commerce-bridge work in the streets connecting Dublin-Belfast. This is great capitalism rhetorics for the modern United Kingdom, but now, Storm-Shadow (Amlan Satan) is tracking a strange threat involving a vengeful ISIS group led by the man Amad, brother of the killed Ali (from the Nakatomi-affair in LA!), and seeking a challenge for Satan (Storm-Shadow), and Satan is ready for it, he hopes.

Satan remarried, an Algerian-Indian woman named Elia and buys her things when he's with her in Europe and not working with Interpol-relations guerrilla-intelligence work underground in various places. She's a fashion-designer who explores blends of Irish-Indian aesthetics in women's clothing and jewelry.

ELIA: I don't know what Amlan does, but I do know he's become a social celebrity with his Nakatomi-heroics in California!

STORM-SHADOW: We'll be using a special 'Foreign Irish Republican Army' flyer-set posting in Chicago's net to lure Amad.

AMAD: Amlan, we've already hijacked a series of work-trucks in Chicago and intend to transport chemical weapons!

Amlan meets a local diplomat of Friends of Sinn Fein named Shelbye O'Meara who thinks that Satan ('Storm-Shadow') has offered great Western civilization media lights for sectarian (Catholic-Protestant) mission-work in modern troubled Northern Ireland (United Kingdom) and perhaps is thinking this new Chicago 'crusade' will add to these new age journalism-promoted dialogues about incurred resistance to dangerous groups which 'bind together' more modest underground organizations such as Mossad and FIRA to create some inventive dialogue in democratic think-tanks like UK Parliament.

STORM-SHADOW: We want to be sure the post-9/11 aura in America is not flooded with images of inventive psycho-terrorists.

Storm-Shadow begins walking around Chicago in a protective mask and sunglasses and then steals a bike and rides around looking like some kind of courier in search of Amad's hijacked work-trucks now fanned out all over the city and carrying chemical weapons.

AMAD: I simply seek to complete the work my brother died trying to do --- steal some nice diamonds.

Storm-Shadow knows Amad seeks dark deceptive 'negotiations' for diamonds from Chicago, perhaps 'blood-diamonds' belonging to the Italian/Irish mafia, smuggled from Sierra Leone, and will 'trade' his chemical weapons for these dark gems. Storm-Shadow knows/thinks this is a veil for a betrayal and picks up his hidden acid-rifle from the Chicago park while riding his stolen bike searching for the truck(s) Amad's ISIS forces are driving separately and fanned out in various spots in the city. His acid-gun is just a toy water-rifle with an inserted thin-glass tube in the shooting-piston capable of being filled with corrosive HCL acid.

AMAD: We care about our mission to end Western biases in Northern Ireland which contributes to patronage of Israel that is simply juvenile, patronizing, negligent, bigoted, and of course, lending itself to 'charity' for Israel while ignoring deep religious issues so it can 'languish' in journalism behind Northern Ireland Catholic-Protestant troubles, which is why we're invading Chicago now in full mission to steal those Western 'evil diamonds' my brother failed to do.

STORM-SHADOW: We need all uniformed Chicago men to wander around to search and destroy these chemical-weapons!

Storm-Shadow is too late when he realizes Amad has ordered the explosion of an abandoned warehouse in Chicago, a former building-headquarters of a major industrial company based in British Columbia. Amad obviously wants to create Windy City storms in this post-9/11 vengeance strike at Western civilization. Storm-Shadow is still on his bike looking for those chemical-weapons trucks hijacked/driven by Amad's ISIS terrorist force. He finds 2 trucks and shoots their tires with his acid-rifle, preventing them from mobilizing and then forcing the drivers to walk towards escorting Chicago police as they simultaneously deal with this warehouse explosion!

AMAD: Well, you've found my chemical trucks and stopped them niftily and swiftly with your toy-gun!

AMLAN: Call me Peter Pan, Amad.

AMAD: Perhaps I will, but this temporary vindication won't stop our newborn war against Western biases.

AMLAN: Forget it, Amad; we've detained your trucks and we've found you and you're headed to prison!

AMAD: Jailing me will only incite my newborn brethren to come up with new anti-Western schemes.

AMLAN: We'll be ready and waiting for that, Amad.

AMAD: In that case, perhaps Peter Pan will meet his match someday...at the defense of Captain Hook.
