This is the story of a strange man named Amlan Satan who goes by the name of 'Toyman' in Brussels (Belgium). Toyman intends to open a Brussels bank account in which he'll regularly deposit/exchange fake toy diamonds in his account safe-box. He intends to make Brussels (Belgium) a city-site symbol of unusual blood-diamond intrigue.

Satan is a co-captain of the new world group called the 'Foreign Irish Republican Army' (F-IRA) which works to derail blood-diamond smuggling into already-troubled Belfast (Northern Ireland). Now, we know blood-diamonds are warlord-mined gems from Africa/Europe used to fund underworld crimes. Belfast is already challenged by socioeconomic strains between the Irish-Catholic minority and British-Protestant majority population (descended from generations of English colonial settlers!). Modern Sinn Fein and UK Parliament negotiations regarding affirmative-action employment policy reforms to benefit the under-class Irish-Catholic minority population for improved overground commerce-conditions in Northern Ireland are being derailed by current blood-diamond traffic into Belfast which motivate unemployed men to join this new wave of shockingly profitable piracy crimes. Amlan Satan wants to use his F-IRA platform to create a unique media-message about blood-diamond darkness in Brussels (Belgium).

Brussels is close to Antwerp (Belgium) which is the main hub of diamond-traffic, and it sees many forms of blood-diamond highways from warlord-mined gem lands of Africa (e.g., Sierra Leone). If Satan (Amlan!) can use Brussels (Belgium), neighboring diamond-heavy Antwerp, to create a special message about gem-intrigue, he may become the vigilante 'Toyman' of F-IRA he intends to become after all. Amlan was a professor in the Ivy League (Dartmouth) and is using his special capitalism-studies to plan his special Euro-mission for blood-diamond subversion. Can he do it?

'Toyman' (Amlan Satan) walks into the Brussels (Belgium) main bank dressed as a theater-circus performer named Thespian and reveals he has 'special gems' he intends to deposit in his private newly-opened bank account safe-box. He carefully places his actual toy diamonds (fakes!) in his account safe-box and shakes the bank manager's hands. He then regularly visits his bank in Brussels, once-a-month, and swaps the toy diamonds in his account safe-box with new toy diamonds he's brought with him. The bank manager now regards him as a very eccentric 'diamond' artist.

'THESPIAN' (Amlan Satan): Everytime I switch my safe-box toy gems for new toy gems, I consider evil blood-diamond barons.

BANK MANAGER: We're a proud bank, and our new customer/patron 'Thespian' is our private 'Houdini' of diamond theater.

THESPIAN: Everytime I walk into the Brussels bank, I don't worry about bank-robbery, since my media-message is perfect!

GUARDSMAN: I can't explain how regular I feel everytime I escort this patron 'Thespian' to his safe-box as he swaps his gems!

Then, one day, a major bank-robbery occurs in the Brussels bank where Thespian (Amlan Satan) stores his toy diamonds in his account safe-box. The robbery is carried out by a new Euro-crime unit known as Red Hood which steals many valuables from multiple safe-boxes in this Brussels respected bank. They manage to also steal the toy diamonds from the safe-box owned by Thespian (Amlan Satan). The following week, Thespian (Amlan Satan) blogs on the Internet, "I was simply storing toy-diamonds in the Brussels bank safe-box for private theater and imagination, and I was shocked to discover that the Red Hood bandits were stealing various valuables, some rumored to be 'blood-diamonds' from a safe-box in the very-same bank belonging to a nefarious underworld Euro-baron named Goldfinger; all the while, I was simply performing my personal/private toy diamond circus-show for private fitness; the next week, I was enjoying the Netflix-downloaded film Blood Diamond (Leo DiCaprio)."

Thespian meets a gorgeous Irish-Catholic woman named Shelbye soon thereafter who's traveling in Belgium and begins dating her. She's intrigued by his 'Foreign Irish Republican Army' (F-IRA) 'media-missionary' work regarding blood-diamond corruption and messaging and is fascinated by his strange 'circus-theater' performance-art about deposits of 'toy diamonds' in the Brussels (Belgium) bank which resulted in the fantastic/unusual blood-diamond and other valuables related robbery by the Red Hood crime-unit, allowing 'Thespian' (Amlan Satan) to post various Internet blogs about the strange magic of modern capitalism-linked treasure-humor related to blood-diamond piracy omen warnings. Shelbye thinks Thespian is a new age rendition of Peter Pan himself!

THESPIAN: I actually have private resources from princely-inherited money and purchased a luxury-car for my wife Shelbye.

Thespian (Amlan Satan) then posts a doodle-drawing of a comic book avatar named Evil Elf who represents his newfound mission in Europe (Brussels) regarding blood-diamond piracy humor. He suggests that 'Evil Elf' is a Christmastime comedian who's delivering a special message to kids all over Europe about the charm of toy diamonds in this time of great blood-diamond piracy and underworld crimes.
