Amlan was a world-pirate and guerrilla-intelligence agent with Interpol-relations destabilizing piracy blood-diamond traffic between Sierra Leone and Northern Ireland under the field-alias Storm-Shadow. However, the world made this modern-day hero-pirate somewhat jaded.

AMLAN: I converted to the Catholic faith and tried to transcend the sectarian hell of Belfast, but it's wore me down!

Amlan ('Storm-Shadow') spent countless hours watching enchanting fairy-tales and anime featuring iconic stories/avatars in postures of great Republicanism ideals but nevertheless couldn't get the mental/emotional/spirituals cars of sectarian infiltration tribulations in the United Kingdom (Northern Ireland) out of his soul. He nevertheless kept 'faith' in all these civilization images of 'colored' enchanting 'angels' of messages.

AMLAN: I'm going to settle down in the countryside of Northern Ireland and invest in stained-glass art.

Amlan ('Storm-Shadow') simply wanted to put behind him completely the memories of working in the modern era civilization characterized by the pronounced darkness of crime, corruption, and cynicism. He just wouldn't survive 'spiritually' by languishing in this aura of manmade hellmouths and needed a true escape so he'd invest more in his Catholic/religion oriented imagination.

Amlan moved to Northern Ireland and settled in a lovely countryside home and started collecting stained-glass art online and having it shipped to his country-residence. He started praying about Catholic prayers and reading Peter Pan and fairy-tale stories about heroism and transcending evils. He woke one day and discovered he'd been transformed into a real-life fairy! He had gray hair and the appearance of a magical/mystical fairy and could fly and had fairy-wings.

Amlan flew to Belfast, the city of Northern Ireland, and visited a struggling Irish home where a small girl named Natasha kept a puppy-dog named Barkie. She loved her dog who reminded her of the endurance of the sectarian violence (IRA/UVF) In Northern Ireland. Amlan whispered to Natasha that Barkie would never depart from her heart/soul.

Amlan brought Natasha/Barkie to his Northern Ireland country-home by the sea and played his flute for them and told them of the importance of transcending the darkness of the real world. They spent time also playing with the stained-glass art Amlan had ordered online and had shipped to his home.

One day, a big white truck transporting smuggled blood-diamonds headed into Belfast and Amlan/Natasha/Barkie witnessed the truck running over a small deer which happened to be crossing the road, and it made them weep.

A woman who was also driving by, a lovely Irish woman named Shelbye, a photographer decided to take a snapshot of the incident and was certain the truck which haplessly hit the poor animal and kept driving by must've been some corrupt official-secured smugglers' transport vehicle of some kind headed into troubled Belfast! She muttered to herself, "This dead animal will bring the eeriest curse of omens to the rings linked to that smugglers' truck and the operations involved, and the spirits of hell will rise to create real dilemmas for the pirates daring to tempt this brand of fate in our lands."

Shelbye then noticed that Amlan/Natasha/Barkie had also witnessed the event and was stunned to discover Amlan was indeed a fairy of some kind! The good fairy Amlan took Shelbye with Natasha/Barkie to a pet cemetery nearby in Northern Ireland and suggested the misfortunes of life on Earth were always linked to some kind of 'dark omen' about the foolish wanderings of mankind. Shelbye then told Amlan of the 'omen-curse' created by the smugglers' truck they'd witnessed, and Amlan the good fairy suggested that this 'pet sematary' would offer special ideas about the ever-presence of moral deformity!

SHELBYE: Let's wander into the forest and take photos of fireflies together this early evening, new friends.

In the forest, Amlan introduced the quartet to a host of fairy-creatures who equally told them about the evils that prompted the spirits of life to meditate on the accessibility of magic and spirituality in the civilization beset by manmade vagrancy and piracy.

AMLAN: The fairies remind us that stained-glass life on Earth can be a thing of wondrous resilience, with proper diaries.

SHELBYE: I have to confess seeing all this magic makes me think that the adage to death's hand is the magic of afterlife.

Amlan never returned to his life in civilization, but he became a good friend of Natasha and Barkie and continued to meditate on his daring spiritual 'escape' from the dark grip of civilization-constructed dangers.

SHELBYE: I'm going to write an article in the Belfast Gazette about the new movie Pet Sematary (Stephen King)!

"Unless there is a Good Friday in your life, there can be no Easter Sunday" (Catholic quote).
