Belfast (Northern Ireland) is a sectarian area of troubles between the Irish-Catholic minority and British-Protestant majority population (descended from generations of English colonial settlers). Northern Ireland (United Kingdom) is dealing with new Sinn Fein (the legal/political 'branch' of the IRA) negotiations with Parliament regarding affirmative-action employment assistance policy reforms favoring the Irish-Catholic under-class in Belfast suffering from frustrating unemployment/poverty motivating young men to turn to rebellion and crimes and inciting retaliation Protestant street-units like the UVF and British police-military to create aggressive force.
