A crime-interception diorama inspired by Blood Diamond (Leo DiCaprio), which I couldn't resist setting in the dotted Euro-city of Frankfurt.

Amlan Satan (code-name: Storm-Shadow) is a guerrilla-intelligence agent with Interpol-relations working in troubled Northern Ireland (United Kingdom) intercepting blood-diamond smugglers vehicles officiated by corrupt Euro-barons like Goldfinger. Storm-Shadow's tracked Goldfinger's blood-diamond highway from Sierra Leone, conflict-zone gems mined by African warlords and smuggled around the world to sully the diamond-market and finance various criminal activity, all the way to Frankfurt (Germany). Storm-Shadow now has to travel from Belfast to Frankfurt.

After reading Eamon de Valera's India and Ireland, Storm-Shadow started studying parallels in anticolonial movements linked to economics/lifestyle in Algeria, India, and Ireland and decided to form the new world group called 'Foreign Irish Republican Army' (FIRA), devoted to subverting blood-diamond underground piracy in Europe destabilizing overground commercial negotiations/policies regarding urban economics in troubled areas like Northern Ireland.

STORM-SHADOW: Living in Belfast (Northern Ireland) is a real challenge, but I have to put aside my sentiments for real work!

Storm-Shadow takes an Aer Lingus flight from Dublin to Frankfurt after taking an Irish train from Belfast to Dublin. When he arrives in Frankfurt (Germany), he decides to blog on the Euro-Internet about the modern social value of globalism-rhetoric commercial companies for travel/transit/traffic like Ireland's Aer Lingus!

It's a cold Frankfurt winter in Germany when Storm-Shadow arrives to coordinate his blood-diamond heist from the Euro-Central Bank in the city. He knows Baron Goldfinger stores his Sierra Leone blood-diamonds in the Frankfurt bank and uses it as a centralized hub to move the piracy-gems to places like British Columbia and Madrid. Frankfurt is cold...and hard that winter.

INTERPOL: Blood-diamond corruption today threatens the entire world-diamond exchange and modern capitalism itself!

Storm-Shadow stakes-out the Euro-Central Bank in Frankfurt (Germany) ahead of the blood-diamond heist that winter and notes the various patterns of traffic and internal securities inside the bank to prepare for what to anticipate when he walks into the bank on the day of the blood-diamond heist of Baron Goldfinger's Euro-piracy gems. This is advanced media work underground for improvement of commerce legitimacy in Northern Ireland (United Kingdom). The Frankfurt bank is impressive, indeed!

STORM-SHADOW: I'm taking long walks in the Frankfurt park and bridge to clear my mind to prepare for the Goldfinger heist.

When Storm-Shadow walks into the Frankfurt bank on the day of the blood-diamond heist, he's careful to swiftly proceed to the manager's office escorted by the guardsman Leo. He notices that the bank has normal traffic that day, as expected, and is told he'll be connected to an executive teller, Elka, who'll take him to the manager's office with the guardsman.

ELKA: So you want business with the manager for some media-activity while opening a diamond account, sir?
STORM-SHADOW: That's correct, lovely lady!
ELKA: Are you flirting?

STORM-SHADOW: Of course.

Storm-Shadow is costumed/mask as a 'maudlin' from a claimed street-theater team called Red Triangle Gang (RTG) which performs special 'diamond plays' in front of Frankfurt audiences and tells the manager he's part of a 'media-play' for some magazine feature about Baron Goldfinger and wishes the guardsman Leo to escort him to the safe-box area where he can take some smartphone-camera photos for the media feature.

Once inside the safe-box area of the Euro-Central Bank in Frankfurt (Germany), Storm-Shadow reveals to the guardsman that his street-theater diamond-play prop toy water-guns he's brought with him are actually inserted with a thin glass tube in the shooting-pump and filled with acid! He whispers to the guardsman (Leo) to dance in front of the security-camera while he burns a hole into the Goldfinger safe-box (#445) with his 'acid-gun' and swaps his piracy 'blood-diamonds' with the toy diamonds he's hidden in the soles of his shoes. He tells Leo that he's to tell the media/manager of the Frankfurt bank that this is a prepaid media-orchestration designed to draw out Goldfinger in an interview about the various security preparations necessary to create European and Northern Ireland blueprint diaries.

LEO: So, you need this 'secrecy' for some Interpol media feature in Frankfurt?
STORM-SHADOW: This is all an orchestrated 'blood-diamond' controversy exposure!
LEO: Is the Baron Goldfinger somehow immersed in some kind of danger, good pirate?
STORM-SHADOW: We believe, good man, he's part of a Northern Ireland piracy-dilemma.
LEO: So, you want me to inform the media/manager about this media planning for a Frankfurt article?
STORM-SHADOW: Yes, and don't mention that the safe-box burn/swap was a prepaid design.
LEO: Why not?
STORM-SHADOW: We don't want the good baron to feel Interpol activity is straining his investments.
LEO: Right.

Storm-Shadow walks out of the Frankfurt bank with $20M worth of Goldfinger's piracy Sierra Leone conflict-zone gems ('blood-diamonds') and makes his way to the Subway-Metro train where he pulls out his handy-dandy subway-maze map from his pocket and plots a course to the Frankfurt post-office to exchange the blood-diamond half-portion for clean gems from an Interpol-relations man with Frankfurt jewelry-store ties and get his commission for his Swiss account transfer. He takes the metro-course detouring around the outside of the city to avoid tracking by any German police in case the guardsman at the bank slipped some undesirable info.

STORM-SHADOW: Once I get to the post-office, I should be able to coordinate timing to get the transfer activity completed!

The Interpol-relations post-office exchange/activity is a cinch and Storm-Shadow is able to create the necessary swaps and transit moves to ensure an upcoming Belfast and Frankfurt co-city Interpol news-story about the dynamics of underground 'blood-diamond' agencies with courier-like diplomacy!
