Belfast is the sight of sectarian intrigue, where an Algerian-American Interpol-relations agent is working with blood-diamond piracy interceptions threatening overground commerce and the UK diamond exchange.

Amlan Satan is the Interpol-relations agent and works underground while working as a book-shop owner in Belfast (Northern Ireland) and seeks improved socioeconomics conditions between the Irish-Catholics and British-Protestants living alongside each other in the city.

Amlan is co-captain of the world blood-diamond interception team known informally as the 'Foreign Irish Republican Army' (F-IRA), and he collects cyber-totems like digital-era graphics images for UK-Internet blogs about aesthetics-approaches to the control of the commercial markets threatened by underworld pirates.

He sometimes wanders around as a masked guerrilla-intelligence operator and is masked and performs blood-diamonds heists of bank safe-boxes in the UK to subvert strongholds of piracy-traffic threatening Northern Irish dollar-value required for normal commerce-reform policy talks in Parliament. He's almost like Robin Hood, a modern version.

AMLAN: As we approach this era of aesthetics-driven commerce, we seek ways to construct engaged forms of media-dunes!

This 'prince of the Belfast' lives in a nicely-kept Northern Ireland apartment and is currently courting an Irish-Catholic woman he met on the UK-Internet named Shelbye whom he seeks to invite to his apartment to present himself as a 'James Bond' looking for a way out of politics to just live a Belfast life of quiet comforts.

AMLAN: After reading a treatise on anticolonial political movements comparisons/contours, I worked with street-diadems.

He sometimes presents some of his Algerian-Indian culture/ethnic personal background through the cyber-blogging lens of images/trophies of Irish-blended treasure-designs, signs of the emerging 'aesthetics' of globalism-driven merchandising/consumerism! It's all a toy story, of great global commercial 'distancing' proportions.

He works with F-IRA agents to perform interceptions of smugglers vehicles riding into Belfast with blood-diamonds, wielding acid-guns to cause tire-procession frictions!

SHELBYE: I don't know what Amlan really does as 'James Bond' in the UK, but I've seen the movie Blood Diamond (Ed Zwick).

AMLAN: If I try to seek Shelbye's hand in marriage, for a more peaceful a-political life in Belfast, I'll find true diamonds.

He challenges a blood-diamond baron in the UK to an estate game of carrom, an Indian board-game resembling a finger-striking rendition of Western billiards/pool. While challenging/playing the evil blood-diamond baron, Goldfinger, in this special carrom game, Amlan outwits/plays Goldfinger with a special multiple diagonal piece-strike maneuvers designed to create a game-array of distancing-based shot-selection, signifying his guerrilla-intelligence work strategy of highway-marking oriented ornamentation. Goldfinger concedes defeat, saying, "I bet you'll win the affections of a lovely NI-damsel with your nifty 'Belfast diagonal-strike diamonds'."
