The Heretic is a special American vigilante, a prince from Algeria who's decided to go masked and anonymous to tackle a nefarious new American urban crime-gang (known as 'Red Hood'). The Heretic is both valiant and a devout believe in the goodness of humanity.

HERETIC: As a Catholic, it's hard to watch news-stories on television about cops dealing with the violence of Red Hood Gang.

Heretic's decided to post a bunch of carboard-printed artworks all over the city, on trees, and then delivers anonymous editorials to the city newspaper and magazines describing the deed as somehow a reflection of the Red Hood Gang, all the while watching stories about the nefarious crime-gang creating urban anarchy and sullying the brightness/intentionality behind these cardboard-artworks!

RED HOOD: We'll not stop robbing banks in this devil's city, simply because this adversary 'Heretic' is simply an idealist-idiot.

Heretic watches as the Red Hood mocks his special American brand of vigilantism and retorts by posting a story about Peter Pan flying around and protecting Wendy's fast-food restaurants in the city of devils and claims it's Red Hood and not him who's the 'foolish' daredevil of human imagination. It's Heretic in fact who's the real 'advocate' of youthful innocence and time-shared dancing.

RED HOOD: Make no mistake, no idiot-idealist in this city can protect their sacred treasures from our nasty fingers.

Heretic won't allow the Red Hood to claim ultimate victory, simply because Americans always side with the odd but certain human nature of following the bright-lights of city dreams. Heretic can't fail, though his mission won't be easy, and there's many people watching TV news-stories at home, secretly daydreaming that he 'has what it takes' to cease the 'diamond-traffic' of the Red Hood Gang.
