Ducard is a Fanonian-revolutionary who'd worked with the FLN in Algeria loosely and is now stirring up some trouble as a rogue underworld agent in North America, targeting the University of Notre Dame.

The Notre Dame Fightin' Irish men's soccer team has the chance this year to win the NCAA title and is ranked #3 going into the tournament. However, Ducard seeks to dash this North American daydream, perhaps because Notre Dame is a prominent Catholic university with ties to Friends of Sinn Fein. The NCAA men's soccer trophy is something to seek truly, and the Fightin' Irish hope to use their skills to achieve the daring feat this year.

Hal Jordan is a Notre Dame professor and assistant-coach of the Fightin' Irish men's soccer team. By night, he doubles as the 'super-hero' known as Green Lantern, wielding special power-gems and magic-rings used to illuminate piracy capitalism with cyber-punk work in the United Kingdom (Northern Ireland), hoping to achieve affirmative-action employment assistant program policy reform talks in Parliament between Catholics-Protestants catering to the underprivileged Irish minority in Belfast lured by piracy traffic stretching from Sierra Leone. As such, Green Lantern (Hal Jordan) hopes this Notre Dame soccer tournament will add feathers to the Catholic university's ties to Friends of Sinn Fein and create socioeconomic bridges to Parliament-media marketing. Hal Jordan is a 'nerdist' of intercontinental capitalism-piracy detection and co-captain of the world group loosely known by Interpol-relations as the 'Foreign Irish Republican Army' (F-IRA).

GREEN LANTERN: We use UK cyber-avatars and forum-work to create open dialogue about piracy-gem destabilization.

NOTRE DAME: We don't want disruptions in Friends of Sinn Fein continental work in piracy-destabilization journalism.

However, the diabolical super-terrorist Ducard seeks to take some Northern Ireland (UK) gem-trophies which'll be used for a Friends of Sinn Fein economics-conditions conference at Notre Dame, from a certain Indiana bank. Hal Jordan (Green Lantern) has to intercept this devious scheme and prevent Ducard from robbing the Indiana bank safe-box in time!

As Ducard arrives at the Indianapolis airport, he prepares to head to Notre Dame and plan his heist of the special conference showcase jewelry items from Northern Ireland and seeks to hide the stolen gems in a special security deposit box in the airport itself.

GREEN LANTERN (Hal Jordan): I have to get to the safe-box in the bank and switch the originals before Ducard's heist.

One hour before Ducard darts to the bank near the Notre Dame campus, Green Lantern (Hal Jordan) shows up with a toy water-rifle filled with acid. We'll return to this 'scene' in a moment, folks!

Now, Green Lantern (Hal Jordan) has worked before with Friends of Sinn Fein in Parliament talks involving socioeconomics-conditions reform negotiations with Parliament geared towards ending sectarian angst between Catholics-Protestants in Northern Ireland (UK) in this new millennium. He's been everything from an 'acrobatic magician' to an 'underground master-thief' to a 'crime-gang wrestler' in North America and the United Kingdom!

GREEN LANTERN: I'll prep this dashing rescue of the Notre Dame media gems for UK presentations with a hero-avatar sketch!

Hal Jordan (Green Lantern) places a children's sick-figure color-pencil doodle of himself (online) as a 'Green Lantern vigilante' hoping to intercept the devious Ducard's plan to create panic on the Notre Dame campus ahead of the media-broadcast men's soccer tournament, which the Fightin' Irish hope to win, by defeating rival Duke.

NOTRE DAME COACH: We'll have to get past serious contenders in the men's tourney, including Kentucky and Pittsburgh!

SPORTS_WRITER: The fans are out in the fields in Notre Dame in proud colors to see the soccer team reach ultimate glory.

Duke is leading Notre Dame in the men's tourney final at halftime by a score of 1-0, which is when assistant-coach Hal Jordan ('Green Lantern') darts to the nearby bank to intercept the diabolical Ducard's heist of the Friends of Sinn Fein jewelry-showcase items from the bank safe-box.

Green Lantern arrives masked and costumed and uses his toy water-rifle filled with acid to burn a hole into the Notre Dame safe-box and switches the original Friends of Sinn Fein jewelry-items from the intercontinental conference with replicas/fakes (toy jewels custom-crafted!) and leaves a photo of a Belfast castle in the burnt safe-box before telling the bank-manager to prepare for an approaching/incoming super-terrorist who's trying to steal the jewels from the safe-box which is why this Interpol-relations interception-mission is linked to some complicated UK designs.

HAL JORDAN: I've achieved the impossible and need to return to the soccer stadium to cheer for my team with my girlfriend!

BANK MANAGER: All we know is that this 'Interpol-relations' stuntman arriving ahead of Mr. Ducard was some lawyer.

Notre Dame Fightin' Irish come storming back in the 2nd half of the men's championship game and defeat Duke 2-1 to capture the NCAA title. There's a special tabletop soccer-game made in commemoration of this awaited triumph in North America.
