Amlan Satan is a culinary-arts dude in Frankfurt (Germany) and teacher of a new kids' cooking-camp at a German school and has been touring his young pupils in the street-fare of modern Germany, its lights and flavors, and is a nerd of the cooking adventure!

SATAN (Amlan): I like my young students to get a 'taste' of the culinary-lights of modern Frankfurt.

His young students in Germany have been exploring the culinary-academics resources at Western institutions such as the prestigious/popular Johnson & Wales University.

Now, these Frankfurt kiddies prepare for an overseas adventure on Lufthansa to Maine (New England) to get a firsthand experience of seafood Western style and have therefore been studying civilization patterns in culinary-arts/hospitality!

SATAN: I wanted to be sure the air-travel to New England from Frankfurt was smooth and went without worries!

When his youth-academy arrives in Bangor (Maine), New England, they drive around in a rented Audi van and get a glimpse of the New England town and area and water and skies and take pictures with their disposable Kodak cameras for their journals.

SATAN: I think I'll dress up as a maudlin-thespian for a cooking-presentation in Bangor about the delight of travel-education!

They're to sample the delicious seafood at a very iconic Maine restaurant, where the kids can learn about the differentiation between Western-American and Western-German food coming in season or mainstays of culinary culture/couture.

SATAN: My young pupils dove into the giant prawn dishes, served as complimentary for education-media by McLaughlin's.

Amlan himself preferred the zesty creamy thickness of the iconic Lobster Bisque dish at McLaughlin's and praised its colors.

CHEF/TEACHER: We're proud of the culinary-arts in New England and hope these young students got a 'taste' of Western dish.

STUDENT: I enjoyed making some crayon-art about the experience of learning about differences between Maine/Germany.

They stayed at a nice Maine hostel for traveling young students ran by a special education-descended family named Pellegrino, which is also the proprietor of a prominent New England winery!

SATAN: I got my kids some treasure-chest jewels/stickers to create journal-like mosaics about culinary-experiences in transit!

The goal is to encourage these 'future chefs' to think heartedly about why an education in culinary-arts/hospitality at Johnson & Wales (etc.) might 'boost' their immersion into modern global commerce...and dreams.

SATAN: I think I'll keep the artworks as souvenirs of the greatness of this academic experience...Maine/Germany.

STUDENT: We met major media-celebrities in New England, part of a new 'Iron Chef' television thing about West magazine.

The challenge of education is reach/resource; the adventure is the shared learning; the agony is the complexity of travel...and distancing.
