Belfast (Northern Ireland, UK) is a sectarian-troubled land of Irish-Catholic minorities and the British-Protestant majority-population (descended from generations of English colonial settlers), now separated by socioeconomics-conditions disparities requiring various serious forms of affirmative-action employment-assistance program policy reform talks between Sinn Fein and Parliament. This is a land of great traffic intrigue in Western civilization and therefore creates great social distancing!

'Kleinfeld' is an Algerian-American guerrilla-intelligence operative working in sectarian Northern Ireland (UK) to destabilize blood-diamond flow between British Columbia (Vancouver)and Belfast (UK) for the Friends of Humanity (FOH) group, which recruits modern-day 'James Bond' figures like Kleinfeld himself.

KLEINFELD: We intercepted/subverted a major smugglers-vehicles blood-diamond transport in Belfast before swapping gems.

His girlfriend Asha's also a guerrilla-intelligence operator/runner in Europe (UK) destabilizing baron-spheres of blood-diamond controls in sectarian Northern Ireland, with the implied highways connecting to Vancouver (British Columbia)!

However, Kleinfeld's having a sudden/serious change-of-heart, because all this IRA-and-SF (Sinn Fein) related piracy-infiltrations work designed to forward affirmative-action employment assistance policy talks in Parliament catering to the under-class unemployed Irish-Catholic minority population in troubled Belfast will reduce forms of new era anti-governance terrorism created out of pure governance-critique frustrations!

With this sudden/newfound 'air' of governance-politics refreshment, Kleinfeld ('James Bond') suddenly feels troubled/worrisome Northern Ireland (UK) is now a site for potential new age reform consciousness in this new age of commerce-driven customs (e.g., eTrade). This will keep Western civilization ahead of the East and Middle East in religion-based conflicts (i.e., Israel-Palestine). This newfound sense of optimism is sending this James Bond guy Kleinfeld to Belfast with an inventive form of social underground work involving Catholic-Protestant kids immersed in special carrom-tourneys in the street-halls and boys-girls clubs in Northern Ireland.

KLEINFELD: The ultimate 'vision' is to deliver a new promise of 'dollars' to these depressed youth, stranded by demos.

Over are the days of this James Bond guy Kleinfeld, who's now solely invested in the carrom-youth leagues of sectarian-troubled Belfast (Northern Ireland), and he hopes/promises to transplant new era street-warfare with images of real delivered imaginarium-activity.

Miraculously enough, the youth-carrom leagues organized by FOH and Kleinfeld in Northern Ireland (UK) unite the Catholic-Protestant youngsters in various peace-halls and social networking activities creating a suddenly inventive 'form' of European urban dance. It's all carrom --- an Eastern rendition of billiards/pool involving simply fun finger-shooting of sliding circular game-pieces on a flat wood board with pockets.
