Two real-life comic-book like Chicago vigilante 'super-heroes' contend with a modern crime-syndicate intent on creating urban darkness.

Welcome to the Windy City (Chicago), where two underground vigilante-operatives calling themselves 'Cobra' deal with a new urban American menace known as Red Hood.

Cobra is comprised of the two masked/armed 'super-heroes' Amlan and Marcus who also refer to themselves as comic-book like agents dealing with urban hellmouths. These two Windy City 'dudes' are ultra-agents in the modern war to maintain American sanity in this new era of homegrown terrorism and are celebrated in inner-circles as Robin Hood like angels of the Chicago police.

COBRA: We're going to switch pirate 'blood-diamonds' (from the Chicago bank safe-box belonging to Red Hood) with toy gems!

All of this 'Windy City' intrigue will take place during an exhibition international soccer-friendly between Atletico Madrid and Real Madrid, in a special soccer stadium where the secret capitalism-baron Goldfinger will attend to represent (secretly) his crime-syndicate (Red Hood) currently invested/immersed in multiple/various forms of urban piracy and exploitation!

COBRA: We know Goldfinger (Red Hood) has his blood-diamonds from Sierra Leone in a Chicago bank, headed to the UK!

GOLDFINGER: I'm going to kidnap the two diamond-models at the Madrid soccer-friendly in the Windy City for mayor-ransom.

Amlan and Marcus storm into the Windy City bank on the day of the Madrid friendly, while Goldfinger of Red Hood is attending the Atletico-Madrid game, masked and armed with toy water-guns (filled with corrosive acid!).

GOLDFINGER: No one shall intercede on my ultimate dark mission of Windy City hellfire!

Cobra (Amlan/Marcus) explain to the Windy City bank-manager and escorting single guardsman (Leo!) that they require 'media-photos' of the bank's famous safe-box area for a street-theater surrounding the famous Madrid soccer-friendly but once escorted inside the safe-box area, they reveal to Leo their water-guns are 'acid-guns' and instruct him to dance in front of the single security-camera while they switch Goldfinger's Sierra Leone gems with their own toy-gems and tell Leo to explain to the media, "This is an Interpol-relations mission intended for media-commentary about pirate-highways leading to Europe (UK) and is a prepaid gov't-dance."

CHICAGO SUN: It's true; these two vigilante-superheroes (Cobra!) are the Windy City prayers of antipiracy...dictionaries!

However, all is not fair in the Windy City, as the evil Goldfinger (Red Hood) kidnaps the two diamond-models during the Madrid soccer-friendly (which Atletico has miraculously triumphed with a 2-1 score thanks to an Aguero assist-diagonal late in the 2nd!) and takes them to a Chicago warehouse for Cobra to come in to attempt a media-spotlight rescue.

COBRA: We 'borrowed' a city-bus and lit it on fire and parked it outside the warehouse area as distraction to rescue damsels!

CHICAGO MAYOR: This is a great deed performed by two great angels of the modern police, and the evil Red Hood will vanish!

This is a nice story for Americans. This is a nice note for this 20th-anniversary year of 9/11 for Americans! Will Cobra be celebrated as comic-book like angels of the modern American police-force? Will Goldfinger flee from the clutches of sophisticated American monitors, now that these two vigilante 'super-heroes' offer the fabled Windy City something it's never had before --- a right to pray for real urban diamonds?
