My wife is a gorgeous Asian-Indian woman from Calcutta, and we moved to the USA and I joined the NJ Devils ice-hockey sports organization, which gives my wife, who's a saree-model, great happiness/pride. We're both Catholic.

My name's Amlan Satan, and I'm a Devils scorer, a talented and enthusiastic ice-hockey player of a different caliber and not that popular but very skilled/gifted, making me a well-paid media-athlete in the ice-hockey league (USA).

I used to collect ice-hockey cards in college, and I have the John Madden Devils card, and I consider it one of my most prized possessions. I got into ice-hockey through trading-cards and video-games, and I consider this Madden card one of my first 'stepping-stones' into my enthusiasm for the sport...and for New Jersey athletics.

I became the top-scorer for the Devils, and despite my lack of social popularity, I became the division's top-scorer and was anticipated to lead my NJ team to the Cup series. I think I have a good chance of achieving this feat, and ice-hockey continues to become my secret prayer.

We had a terrific rivalry-game against a hot NY team and the OT-loss was truly devastating, but it compelled us all to swear-revenge in the Cup series, and I think we'll see each other again in the broadcast Cup series.

I love living in NJ with my wife and shopping at the Moorestown Mall and buying Devils trading-cards and fan-gear and Christmas stuff like cardigan-sweaters. The charm of NJ (USA) is not only ice-hockey but also great consumerism/lifestyle frills like sports shopping!

We had a great game against a rival team in the winter-season which saw an iconic politician bring two fashion-models showcasing video-game 'avatar' costumes following the Halloween season/festivities.

However, during this game, a terrorist broke into the exhibition media-game and kidnapped the two fashion-models and attempted to flee with them in his van parked outside, but I stopped him with the help of a Devils team-mate, and we tied him up and delivered him to the police...and the 'lucky damsels' to the hospital.

When a masked bank-robbing team was broadcast the following week in a high-profile blood-diamond heist, I knew that there was a new 'string' of NJ crimes linked to homegrown terrorism, and the Devils 'heroics' I was involved with regarding the rescued 'model-damsels' in the exhibition-game 'incident' encouraged journalists to talk about this newfound NJ/USA drama and crime-fighting storytelling.

My wife told me it's ironic all this drama is taking place during our exciting Devils ice-hockey season in the USA, which I think serves to remind us all there's real 'human value' in the idea that media-broadcast social activity can inspire great dialogue/chatter regarding the social glitter surrounding the basic and noble defense of American distancing. That's an American tale.
