Arrow/Lantern: Joker's Cage [Sareena]

A tale of wits and honor in a divine sky-rescue attempt involving a fair maiden, the evil Joker, and a cage-of-honor!

A video-game fanfiction from Justice League media, involving a death-trap mental rescue for the sake of American sanity, including Green Lantern, Green Arrow, a lovely rose, and the dark-man known as the Joker. Enjoy!

Green Lantern (Kyle Rayner) and Green Arrow (Oliver Queen) teamed up to rescue a damsel from Gotham after she's kidnapped by the evil Joker and placed in a metal cage in his dark lair, requiring the two masked American vigilantes to perform a special/magical anti-terrorism deed in this 20th-anniversary year of 9/11 for the sake of American laughter.

SAREENA: I was simply taking a walk in the city-streets when I spotted Joker's helicopter which landed/swept me up/away!

JOKER: The 'fair' cyber-maiden Sareen may've been able to get a rescue-message out to her friends, but I doubt she'll flee!

JOKER: I don't think you two dumbos can free Sareena from my engineered metal cage, anti-friends!

LANTERN/ARROW: It's perfectly clear you're holding this fair damsel to send a message of pure terror, Joker!

JOKER: How're you going to free her from such an obvious trap-of-death and enslavement, anti-friends?

LANTERN/ARROW: Do you really doubt our supreme American 'sense' of anti-terrorism designs, evil Joker-man?

JOKER: To get her out of this cage, you must determine the 'nature' of human bondage, and trust, and deception!

LANTERN/ARROW: This seems to be a matter of pure decimals...not deception, Joker-man!

So, the heroes (Lantern/Arrow) set a special laser-rope in the forest to lure the Joker out there, right outside Gotham city, wagering that the lanky-evil man wouldn't manage to dance around such a two-footed balancing scheme to claim his 'authority' over the sheer 'dots' of human bondage, and should he ultimately fail, he would fail to declare his right to 'hold' a damsel inside a proportion of metallic dimples. Joker-man failed, and Sareena would free herself from this trap-of-destiny.

SAREENA: Thanks you two gallant men of Gotham's paranoia!

LANTERN/ARROW: You're free to feel the warm skies of the nature outside the city, fair woman.

SAREENA: I won't forget what you reminded me of...distances.

JOKER: Those two jerks may've succeeded in casting a magical ditch of liberty, but I'll find another method of difference.
