The UCLA men's college soccer team was poised for an outstanding season, and it was now boasting the famed football cheerleader squad, now 'on loan' from the football team, since the soccer team was suddenly touted to bring UCLA its first NCAA championship-title since 2002 when the team defeated the Stanford Cardinal!

Coach Amlan Satan of North America is excited to be coaching the vaunted men's soccer team during this iconic/special season, since he's considered a pioneer in men's college soccer offense-defense coordination and is thrilled to potentially lift the UCLA team past some of the heavyweight rivals in Division 1, including Tulsa, Clemson, and Duke!

Satan is devising a special offense-defense zone-play strategy for the UCLA soccer-team which involves the defense middle-man running up the field with the ball and positioning it to one of the two winged midfielders who'll make passes along the alleys to strikers running diagonal routes into the goal area for basic but elegant end-to-end teamwork!

The UCLA campus is renowned for spacious atmospherics, great student-life, a gorgeous campus itself, and terrific sunny walks in California (USA), where academics is as important as the 'general feel' of the educational experience, especially in this new era of cyber-driven intelligence/resourcing/Internet!

Coach Satan's invited to the UCLA radio-show where 'DJ Dartmouth' introduces the vaunted 'celebrity' soccer-team coach as the answer to the team's prayers, much in the way Rick Pitino brought back the Kentucky Wildcats in college-basketball from the depths. DJ Dartmouth asks Satan what's gonna be so electric about the UCLA soccer-team this season, and Satan coolly says on college-air, "We'll be downing those big-birds (Duke and Clemson) and bring the first title in 20 years to an otherwise multi-title winning soccer school/program," which impresses listeners/Dartmouth who offer comments like, "We need some nice UCLA sports-diaries."

COACH SATAN: Soccer may be a simple game really, but teamwork/offense strategy can feel like a 'chess' of the spirits!

In this age of liberal media and entertainment, when rock-musicians present 'loud imagery' regarding anarchy-rhetorics marketed towards the youth for much more pluralism/traffic-based media-oriented engaged democratic engagements and globalism politics hotbaths (e.g., 9/11) make for rather 'dramatic' media-commentary, it's nice to know that a nice-old American tradition like college-sports (soccer!) can remind us why politics can always be 'lightened' by socialized distant thoughts about the 'daydreams' behind teamwork-oriented field-sports...and the 'diaries' they generate to give us all a feeling of light entertainment. For every 'reaction' in time, there's an equal/balancing sports-dollar.
