This is a Batman fanfiction constructed with various images from DC-film media and Internet JPGs and real street-news stories taken from BBC to offer up a 'collage' of what makes the 'dark knight' so darn democratic, and also delightful.

Belfast, Northern Ireland (UK) is a nice-looking area in Western civilization but plagued by sectarian woes and economics-disparity driven 'troubles' between the Irish-Catholic minority and British-Protestant majority population living alongside each other for generations. This is a place where blood-diamond underground piracy-crime activity spells the headlines in this land which is the subject of our short story about two unlikely masked 'vigilantes' (Batman/Robin) of Belfast.

BATMAN: We'll prowl lit Belfast at night like 'ninjas' aiding the helpless police-folk.
ROBIN: There's no police-work normal in Belfast, Batman; we've got to be the 'answer' to anarchy!

Belfast is commercially not too shabby, but it's plagued by an undercurrent of night-life flocking of the underworld, rogue dropouts of IRA/UVF, Catholic and/or Protestant mafia members or crime-syndicates, and a general invisible work-world of damsels and danger.

BATMAN: Our two biggest nemeses, Robin, are the Joker and his evil mistress Harley Quinn.

ROBIN: Word is they hang-out in a closed section of a Belfast basement-club called the Ostrich!

As the valiant Batman/Robin stage their 'stakeout' of Joker and Harley Quinn and the blood-diamond motions they're performing while exploiting the frail banking system in Belfast, the two unlikely heroes of Northern Ireland (UK), a bastion for Western civilization inter-religious negotiations/talks, are also busy coordinating a vital city children's youth-chess league called Castle Day ('CD') which will see investors from Holland and Stockholm.

BATMAN: The insidious Joker and Harley Quinn have incited another street-riot on Sunday!
ROBIN: We'll have to counter such anarchy with a spell of education-politics media using cyber-blog routes.

In this 'mission' to save the very heart of Belfast, Northern Ireland (UK), Batman/Robin act as the masked vigilante 'renditions' of Sacco and Vanzetti, 'driving' Belfastites towards that place of calm and peace where a spiritual visit of mourning on Sunday to the Belfast cemetery will offer the right 'prayers' of civilization daybreak...and daylight!
