Bartleby the KidA Story by Abishai100A short about an affably curious American child named Bartleby who's fostering his fascination with airport toys in this era of terrorism dyes.
A civilization-optimism tale inspired loosely by Where on Earth is Carmen Sandiego?

==== Bartleby is an adorable American toddler with a love for visiting airports. He's been living by an airport in the USA for some time now, and his daddy and mum take him there sometimes just so he can run around inside and enjoy the space and traffic consciousness and of course those amazing passenger airplanes. His father works for the INS immigration office in America, and Bartleby the kid has been developing his appreciation for world-travel and tourism through his child-age fascination with airports and visiting/seeing the 'magic' of the traffic-symbolic hub or beacon. Bartleby likes to see supermarkets, toy-stores, fast-food restaurants, and hospitals, and it's all however linked to his American fascination with airports themselves/only! In fact, Bartleby the kid told his daddy that when he becomes an adult like him, he'll decide he'd want to work as a passenger airline pilot so he'd greet/host travelers and tourists who not only regular and patron the airport 'system' in the modern world but highlight the adult-behavior of traffic-travel itself. Bartleby is shocked when his daddy explains that being an airport personnel is not that safe/ideal anymore because of modern era terrorism. Bartleby's daddy gives him as a gift a special airport-toy set for play/imagination, and he's encouraging Bartleby the kid to 'foster' his special child-age fascination with airports/traffic, despite having told his darling son about the realism behind the modern 'anathema' of anti-globalism terrorism! This is why Bartleby the kid has to decide something important at this education-fertile child-age: "Should I do airport walks...or airport crayons?" ==== "Money is everything" (Ecclesiastes) ![]() © 2021 Abishai100 |
